1. Our commitment

POINT OF BUSINESS SOFTWARE S.R.L. is committed to making the website www.conexa.software accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in line with Romanian Law no. 232/2022 on accessibility of products and services and the European standard EN 301 549, which incorporates the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA.

This statement was prepared in line with the requirements of Law 232/2022, which has applied since 28 June 2025 to economic operators providing digital services in Romania.

2. Applicable standard

The website www.conexa.software aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), the international standard for web content accessibility. It covers four fundamental principles:

  • Perceivable — content is presented in ways that are perceivable by all users
  • Operable — the interface can be operated with a keyboard and assistive technologies
  • Understandable — content and the interface are easy to understand
  • Robust — content can be interpreted by current and future assistive technologies

3. Technical measures in place

Implemented

Keyboard navigation

All interactive elements are accessible using Tab, Enter and arrow keys.

A link visible on focus lets users bypass the main navigation and jump straight to the content.

Implemented

Image alt text

All meaningful images have a descriptive alt attribute.

Implemented

Text contrast

The text-to-background contrast ratio meets the WCAG AA minimum (4.5:1 for normal text).

Implemented

Semantic HTML structure

Correct use of nav, main, footer and hierarchical headings.

Implemented

ARIA attributes

Interactive elements use aria-label, aria-expanded and ARIA roles where needed.

Implemented

Reduced motion

Animations are automatically disabled when the user has prefers-reduced-motion enabled.

Partial

Complex images

Mockup and screenshot images currently have short descriptions. Extended descriptions are planned.

4. Known limitations

While we work continuously toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, the following limitations are known today:

  • Some mockup images (app screenshots) lack detailed alternative descriptions — in progress
  • Demo videos (if added) will require captions — this will be implemented when video content is added

We commit to addressing any limitations identified within 90 days of being reported. If you encounter accessibility issues, please contact us using the feedback channel below.
